How to Select and Edit a Request Mode for Reviews

Avey Reviews provides three different Request Modes that make it easy to collect customer feedback and reviews. These modes include Ultimate, Review, and Direct Request Modes, and can be selected based on your specific goals. Once you’ve chosen a mode, you can customize the feedback experience for your customers by editing the settings.Follow these steps to select a mode and customize settings:

  1. Log in to your Avey Reviews account.
  2. If you have multiple locations, select the location you want to customize from the Business Dashboard.
  3. Go to Requests > Request Modes from the menu.
  4. Choose a mode from Feedback Request Mode to select it for this location.
  5. Use the available modules to edit settings for your selected mode. Once done, save the changes by sending a test email or clicking on save.
  6. Your selected Request Mode is now ready to collect feedback and reviews from your customers. Here’s how you can use it:
  • Add a customer or import a customer list to send Email or SMS Requests.
  • Use TextBack to let customers leave feedback via text message.
  • Share the Leave Feedback URL with customers.
  • If you have selected Ultimate Request Mode, use Kiosk Mode to request survey responses from customers on-site and send a review request.
  • For multi-location businesses, add the Feedback Locator to your website, so customers can select a location and leave feedback.
